Our Future Leaders Programme is specially designed for ambitious graduates seeking an accelerated career path. You will go through a series of rotations in our Global Workplace and Personal Investing Business areas, undertaking challenging and rewarding work. You will have the opportunity to build a strong professional network with senior management across the organisation as you work on high profile change and transformation projects. Dedicated mentoring and coaching from senior colleagues will challenge you to think differently and learn more about the wider business.
We’re looking for highly driven people with intellectual curiosity, ambition and an absolute commitment to serving the best interests of our clients.
You will have the ability to build your network with individuals from a range of business cultures and backgrounds.
You must be confident, enthusiastic and articulate enough to shine in front of clients, particularly when presenting.
You will have a minimum of three C’s at A level or equivalent and have obtained or be on track for at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent).
Unlike other firms that hire on a volume basis, we take on less graduates. You will be highly valued here, so your development is heavily invested in from day one.
We like well-rounded applicants, which is why we will ask you questions that will show off your personality and potential, rather than just numerical capabilities.

Here you will be asked to rank several potential responses to some scenarios based on what you are likely to experience at Fidelity. When you submit your application form you will be automatically invited to complete our on-line assessment within 5 days. (Please check you spam/junk mail folder for the invite.)
The next stage of our application process is a Skype interview. The questions you’ll be asked here are a combination of motivational and strengths-based questions and give us a chance to understand what you enjoy and what areas of the role fuel your enthusiasm. It’s best not to over-prepare for these as we want you to be yourself and feel relaxed. Remember to think about specific examples of when you’ve demonstrated your strengths so that we can get a clear view of who you are a person.
During the assessment, you will be involved in a mix of technical and motivational interviews and a few case study exercises. The day is also a great chance for you to meet different members of the team here at Fidelity and ask any questions you have about the business - this day is as much about you making sure Fidelity is the right place for you as us assessing your strengths.
Stand out at the assessment centre and we’ll offer you a place on the programme. We can assign you a current graduate as a buddy to help with your decision making. Plus they’ll continue to be on hand to support you throughout your early career at Fidelity. If successful you will start on 7th September 2020.
