We’ve given our interview process a lot of thought so that the journey is straightforward, transparent and honest. Of course, we want to find out lots about you, but it’s also your opportunity to get to know us a bit better, too.
Before you meet with us, do take time to think through examples of your experience and achievements that are relevant to the role. It’s important to us that you enjoy your interviews, and it’s a great opportunity to bring to life all the countless things you’ve done and learned throughout your career.
We’ll typically ask you a mixture of both technical and behavioural competency questions designed to help you explain your educational and professional background, expertise, and outlook. Some of the things we might like to know are your skills and experience, what keeps you happy at work and what’s next for you in your career and how we could help you achieve your career goals.
The number of interviews you attend may vary depending on the nature and seniority of the role. However, it usually consists of three stages:
- An interview with the vacancy hiring manager
- An interview with a senior leader, and a relevant business stakeholder if it’s appropriate for the role
- An HR interview
We realise that you’re also on a journey of discovery too. You’ll want to make sure the job is exactly what you’ve been looking for, that our culture and values are those you too can believe in. There will be plenty of opportunity to ask us questions along the way. In fact, you can ask us anything you like in the interview – it’s a good chance to establish an open and honest relationship.
We are a disability-friendly employer and committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all employees and job applicants. If you might benefit from reasonable adjustments to perform to the best of your ability at any stage of our recruitment and selection process, please get in touch with us to talk about your requirements.
