There may be occasions where we think you’re better suited for another role. But, our recruitment team will be sure to let you know if we do believe so. If we still think you’re a great fit for the role, we’ll be in touch to arrange for you to come in to meet us.

Before you meet with us, do take time to think through examples of your experience and achievements that are relevant to the role. It’s important to us that you enjoy your interviews, and it’s a great opportunity to bring to life all the countless things you’ve done and learned throughout your career.
We’ll typically ask you a mixture of both technical and behavioural competency questions designed to help you explain your educational and professional background, expertise, and outlook. Some of the things we might like to know are your skills and experience, what keeps you happy at work and what’s next for you in your career and how we could help you achieve your career goals.
The number of interviews you attend may vary depending on the nature and seniority of the role. However, it usually consists of three stages:
- An interview with the vacancy hiring manager
- An interview with a senior leader, and a relevant business stakeholder if it’s appropriate for the role
- An HR interview
