Behind the business

Our business is as diverse as our people. Take a look at our key business areas and the opportunities each offers – from entry-level customer service roles to highly specialised research analyst positions.

We have committed professional customer service teams in the UK, Ireland and India. They cover Client Services, Retail, DC and Institutional Operations and Investment Platform Change. Wherever you join, whichever group you’re dealing with, you’ll be our customers’ main point of contact – handling queries by phone, email and letter.

It takes a lot to support our core Investment Management business. We have a huge range of dedicated professionals, all bringing their expertise and insights to table to keep our business moving forward.

Our diverse distribution business offers a range of sales, marketing and relationship management roles – all of which support the investment needs of more than one million UK customers across key channels.

The investment team is at the heart of the Fidelity business and consists of four asset classes; Real Estate, Fixed Income, Equities and Multi-Asset. Each of these asset classes work synonymously combining the strength and skills of separate disciplines such as portfolio management, research and trading.

This is where you’ll find the experts who keep Fidelity International running, all around the world.

If you're looking for a career in facilities management that is at the pinnacle of the financial services industry, you could have a big part to play here.
