A Spring Insight Programme should not be boring. A Spring Insight Programme should not be about watching presentations. It should be about building a picture of what your future could look like. We will test your skills with our stock picking and business case study challenges – on which you’ll then get feedback from Fidelity’s professionals.
Identify your strengths and articulate your career goals, with straight-up, honest insights from a mix of current graduate employees and programme alumni.
You will have an opportunity to network with our industry leading experts and graduate analysts alike, to gain a first-hand, authentic view of how a career at Fidelity could work for you.
