CPO includes Corporate and Employee Communications and Human Resources.

What we do

Human Resources

The Human Resources department supports the business to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organisation. It involves having oversight of all aspects of human capital management, which includes a number of areas of expertise working together collaboratively - talent acquisition, talent management and development, reward and benefits, employee relations and organisation development, which in turn are supported by our HR Shared Services and HR Information Systems Teams.

Developing and maintaining good relationships with the media, customers and stakeholders in all the countries we operate in is essential to protect and build Fidelity International's overall reputation. Communications can take many forms and includes: media and public relations, corporate messaging and crisis communication.
