Technology

Our technology teams provide services underpinning every area of global Fidelity business.

What we do

The Technology function within the Technology, Finance and Investment Admin department provides IT services to the Fidelity International business, globally.  These include the development and support of business applications that underpin our revenue, operational, compliance, finance, legal, and marketing and customer service functions.

What I will be doing

You will be assigned in one of our teams. In this programme, you will not only enhance your technical skills in cutting edge technology but also accumulate tremendous business and finance knowledge. You will have the opportunity to learn complex and mission critical software and engineering systems that span a multitude of technologies in a multi-platform environment.
 

  • Software development
    You will develop and provide software components that operate as part of a large application.
  • Technology Infrastructure Services
    You will manage all infrastructure components and support business delivery projects
  • Data Mining
    You will mine and analyse data from various data sources, generate dashboards and reports.
  • Project management
    You will participate in projects that are global in nature.

What we look for

Fidelity's technology team is seeking highly motivated graduates to join our team. As a member of the technology team, you will partner with global business and technical teams to delivery and support high quality systems.

You need to have graduated by September in the year you want to join us and available to start full-time work from the beginning of next September.

Assessments

During this process, you will participate in a combination of technical, commercial and motivational activities, and a case study exercise.
