Our Sales and Marketing teams are crucial to the success and continued growth of our business. From developing new investment products and solutions and telling our clients about them, to bringing in new business and managing client relationships to help them choose the right products; it’s an exciting and varied department to work in. As well as providing investment products, we provide innovative wealth management and retirement planning solutions to four client groups:
Distributes Fidelity funds and tailored investment solutions using our own and other managers’ strategies to banks, insurance companies, brokerage firms, financial advisers, and family offices
Offers tailored strategies and segregated mandates, as well as institutional funds to pension funds, public authorities and sovereign wealth funds.
Provides access to both Fidelity and third party products; as well as investment services and administration for advisers, personal investors and corporate defined contribution pension schemes.

This is a big opportunity to build your knowledge on various sales channels, marketing or customer services in this internship. We will assign you to one of the business departments where you will spend from 10 weeks.
You will be highly driven with intellectual curiosity, ambition and an absolute commitment to serving the best interests of our clients. You’ll have the analytical skills to understand product.
You will have the ability to build your network with individuals from a range of business cultures and backgrounds.
You must be confident, enthusiastic and articulate enough to shine in front of clients, particularly when presenting.
You will need to be in the penultimate year of your degree, graduating in 2023 and available to complete 10 weeks of full-time work this coming summer (exact dates are still TBC).
You will be highly valued here and your development is heavily invested in from day one and throughout your program me.

Our online testing uses a fun neuroscience-based test to help you show off your best traits. When you submit your application form you will be automatically invited to complete our online assessment within 5 days (please check you spam/junk mail folder for the invite).
The next stage of our application process is either a face-to-face or Zoom interview, depending on your location. The questions you’ll be asked here are a combination of motivational and strengths-based questions and give us a chance to understand what you enjoy and what areas of the role fuel your enthusiasm. It’s best not to over-prepare for these as we want you to be yourself and feel relaxed. Remember to think about specific examples of when you’ve demonstrated your strengths so that we can get a clear view of who you are a person.
