Adviser Solutions is Fidelity’s award-winning UK investment services platform. It’s one of the largest and longest-established fund platforms in the market, servicing advisers and their clients.

Here we market Fidelity products and services to individual retail investors happy to make their own investment decisions. This includes promoting our wealth management brand to high-net-worth investors.

DC & Workplace Savings provide workplace retirement and investment related products and services for corporate benefit programmes.
We’ve doubled assets in less than three years to around $20bn. Looking ahead, we’re aiming to become the leading supplier of investment and retirement solutions to medium-large employers.
Our success demands real team effort. And as well as opportunities in business development, sales support and operational management, we often have influential roles for those with the expertise to manage key client relationships or handle marketing campaigns aimed at increasing member take up.

On one side of our retail business is a Sales team that distributes Fidelity mutual funds chiefly to IFAs, banks and rating agencies. On the other side, our Funds business sees Sales teams working in tandem with Business Operations and Marketing teams.

The Global Institutional Team acts as a trusted adviser, expert manager, and a thought-provoking investment partner to institutions globally.
Our clients include pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, charities, banks and other institutional investors. We offer a full range of institutional investment strategies and solutions, including both our own products and those of our distribution partner, Pyramis Global Advisors.
The Institutional business consists of client relationship management, business development, marketing and support staff. Within this group, the Consultant Relations Team drives the strength and quality of the relationship Fidelity has with the investment consultant community in order to retain existing business and develop new opportunities.
The Government Institutional Group has been serving institutional clients for over 40 years. This group was established to consolidate and develop the firm’s relationships with Sovereign Wealth Funds (‘SWFs’), central banks, supranationals and public sector pension funds. The firm has long-standing relationships within the Middle East and a selection of European government institutions and recently extended its coverage into Africa and Central Asia. This London-based group coordinates closely with Fidelity’s Asian-based institutional teams so as to leverage each other’s efforts and to build a strong and clear Government Institutions franchise for the firm globally.

Fidelity’s Retirement Service offers access to a wide range of retirement income options, including whole of market annuities, pension drawdown and leading income generating investments.
This is supported by help and guidance both online and on the phone, in the form of information, tools and guides to help self-directed customers, as well as advisers and employers, navigate the full range of choices available to them now and from April 2015. The marketing team is comprised of a group of dynamic marketing professionals who are responsible for the delivery of strategic and tactical communication activities to support the growth of three core business channels of Fidelity – Retail funds, Personal Investing and Adviser Solutions.
We produce bold and innovative solutions in answer to a brief, which could take the form of advertising, online marketing including email and web, direct mail, social media activity, events and support literature.
