What you can expect
Fidelity’s Apprenticeship programmes provide the opportunity to earn industry recognised certifications while working within a team of talented, curious and supportive individuals. No matter which area of the business you join, you’ll learn valuable skills and develop experience that will enable you to progress your career.
This is our opportunity to introduce you to Fidelity; what we do and how we work, our clients, and our impact within the investment management industry. This is coupled with tailored behavioural and technical skills modules, all designed to provide a rounded learning experience and set you up for success in your role.
Every one of our apprenticeship roles is mapped to a government standard. This ensures that you have access to a comprehensive learning and development journey, where the knowledge and skills you develop are directly applicable to your role.
Across our apprenticeships, we partner with market-leading training providers to provide you with personalised support and guidance as you navigate your training, project work, and in some cases exams.
To bolster your learning and development, we offer technical and behavioural skills-based training at regular intervals throughout the course of your programme. The investment in your professional development doesn’t stop there - If you secure a role at the end of your programme, you can participate in some of our other Learning and Development offerings, inclusive of higher level apprenticeship programmes, professional qualifications and short courses.
Support Network
Wrapped around our core learning curriculum is a network designed to support you and bring our values, behaviours and culture to life. During your programme you will be paired with a
Buddy: someone from your peer group who has volunteered or been selected by your manager to support you through your orientation period. Their role is to help you settle in and answer any questions you might have when you don’t know who to ask. Alongside your manager, they will introduce you to your team and other members of the early careers population, and share information to help get you up to speed. They are your ‘go to’ person who can pass on the hints and tips of ‘how to get things done’.
