What you can expect
Thinking about a career in Asset Management? Internships and Insight programmes are a great way to try before you buy. These programmes are designed to give you a breadth of knowledge and understanding of how the Asset Management industry really ticks. During your time with us, our aim is to provide you with the most comprehensive and authentic experience possible.
We don’t expect you to come in and understand everything we do straight away. You’ll start your programme with a short welcome and orientation. We’ll introduce you to Asset Management, how it fits into the City, as well as to the broader financial markets. You will also get the chance to get to know other students on your programme, alongside Graduates, Managers and Directors within the business.
There are many ways to develop your skills as your programme progresses. A series of ‘lunch and learns’ hosted by key business speakers will give you a first-hand, genuine insight into the full scope of each of our business areas.
You will have many opportunities to meet, engage and learn from people across the business. These can range from coffees and lunches to insight sessions or getting involved with one of the F4E (Fidelity for everyone) employee groups.
