Education and skills development
Education is one of the focus areas for Fidelity International in India and we partner with several organisations that work on providing education to children.
Education
We have been associated with Lotus Petal and SETU for more than 3 years and with our support, the schools have been able to transform their infrastructure, model, and ways of working.
Lotus petal (Project - Udaan & SETU - Project Uday) 200+ students receive quality education every year.
Project Udaan
Fidelity’s Project Udaan, in association with Lotus Petal Foundation, is committed to providing a life of dignity to over a hundred children from under-served communities in Gurugram through free, high-quality education, nutrition, and healthcare.

Project Uday
Fidelity’s Project Uday, in association with the SETU Foundation in Noida, provides education through middle and high school to over a hundred underprivileged children, when they are most vulnerable to dropping out of school.

Skill development
SETU supports the skill development of youth across IT, beauty, hospitality and tailoring. The beneficiary group is extremely adept in these areas. Through Project Saksham, Fidelity International has supported the skilling of 480 women and youth as well as helping SETU in running health camps/blood donation drives in the centres. For SETU centres, Fidelity International has donated 2 solar power plants for them to ensure continued and environmentally sustainable power supply.
Project Saksham

SETU has been helping women and youth of the community in shaping up their career by providing various vocation courses across IT, beauty, hospitality, and tailoring. The beneficiary group is extremely adept in these areas, and at various occasions have been contributed to our Fidelity Annual Events to help our performing teams with backstage support.
