Our global compensation philosophy aims to attract, motivate and retain key talent over the longer term. We’ll take the time to take you through our compensation philosophy and all the attributes that make up your whole reward and benefits package.
Once we’ve taken you through your offer (verbally), we’ll prepare your contract and offer letter. This is normally no longer than a couple of days after we’ve taken your through the verbal offer and we send this over to your private email via DocuSign.
We have an expert in-house team who manage pre-employment vetting with the support of our external partners. We take our screening seriously as we have a duty of care to our customers and business, to ensure we are fair and reasonable in our verification process, and that we seek to hire candidates with the highest standards of honesty and integrity. Screening can vary depending on location, seniority and whether a role is subject to enhanced regulatory checks.

Your new manager will plan for your arrival. On your first day, you’ll have a number of mandatory onboarding tasks waiting for you and plenty of new people to meet to help you settle in.
Our recruitment team are really open to hearing what we can do to improve our recruitment process. So, you may be asked for feedback, whatever the outcome of your interview.
